Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order you must do so before it is produced and dispatched. Where orders have already been dispatched the goods must be returned in accordance with the “Returns and Exchanges” section below.
If you wish to cancel any personalised item you must inform us prior to work on the order being commenced. It should be noted that production of personalised products can begin almost immediately you have completed your order. Customers wishing to cancel an order should email cancel@bethefrontpage.com.com at the very earliest opportunity.
Returns and Exchange
We are not generally able to accept returns/exchanges on any personalised products. It is important that you carefully check your orders on screen and the email confirmation as we cannot refund products where you have incorrectly spelt text.
Before making any return please see our latest Returns Instructionsand in any event you must email returns@bethefrontpage.com and you will be issued with a “returns number” and “returns address. Returns should be marked for the attention of the Returns Department, clearly marked with the returns number and sent to the “returns address” .
bethefrontpage.com cannot be held responsible for items that go missing during transit and we recommend customers use a Recorded Delivery/Signature Required service for returns.
Restricted Access
Access to certain areas of our website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion.
If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or services, you must ensure that that user ID and password is kept confidential.
